- You can invoke the Command Mode by keep pressing the COMMAND_KEY
- while opening the application, i.e. either dropping the files or double
- clicking the application icon. Command mode will display the
- following modal dialog.

- As you can see from the Fig.1, there are 3 pop-up menus and
- 2 buttons in the Command Mode Dialog. You can specify
- input/output codes by the top two pop-up menus and
- other options from the bottom pop-up menu.

- Input: and Output: pop-ups are identical. They should be
- self explanatory. Input:Auto means Auto-detect the input-code
- and Output:Auto means, well, you guessed it, write the file
- in New-JIS.

- Options: menu may require more explanation. Default is 'None'.
- When you specify anything other than 'None' and 'To Full Size',
- all the setting in the Input: and the Output: will be ignored,
- though it still display your settings.

- Repair JIS option, when set, will try to repair the JIS file
- which is stripped of its ESC codes. Output will be in New-JIS.

- 'Del ESC/Del ESC (Force)' option will strip the ESC codes in
- the file. Output will have the extension '.rem'.

- 'To Full Size' option will instruct JCONV-DD to convert
- Hankaku letters to their full size equivalents.
-
- 'Check Code Only' option tells JCONV-DD to check and display
- (see Fig.5) the code of the input file and do no other processings.
